Why the need for "yet another framework"?

Our founder, Nicky Leach, was always a fan of Kotter's 8 steps (it was the backbone of her Masters thesis). But change is not a linear process. It's messy, with lots of ups and downs, and often requires taking steps backwards to move forwards.

 

Alongside effective teamwork, Nicky learnt that sustainable change takes focus, persistence and determination for starting, continuing and embedding change.


Her magic recipe – achieved in the intersection between leaders who take personal responsibility, a culture of psychological safety and starting and maintaining momentum is The Sustained Change Model, a new framework for businesses in the 21st century.
