THE SPIRAL HUB
For change to be successful you first
need to understand that you can only ever change yourself. This starts with the members of the leadership team.
Lead by example and then motivate, inspire and empower your people to make change happen.
Culture of Change
How you approach implementing change makes the difference between people stepping up to get involved and people actively resisting it.
Understanding how small changes can have a big, positive impact will enable you to nurture a culture in which change can thrive.
Process for change
Change always takes longer than we want it to. To achieve sustained change, you need a rhythm in the business that ensures people stay motivated.
It is essential that this rhythm is integrated into how your business operates today. Creating the capacity for you to run today's business today at the same time as changing it.
About the model
Why the need for "yet another framework"?
Our founder, Nicky Leach, was always a fan of Kotter's 8 steps (it was the backbone of her Masters thesis). But change is not a linear process. It's messy, with lots of ups and downs, and often requires taking steps backwards to move forwards.
Alongside effective teamwork, Nicky learnt that sustainable change takes focus, persistence and determination for starting, continuing and embedding change.
Her magic recipe – achieved in the intersection between leaders who take personal responsibility, a culture of psychological safety and starting and maintaining momentum is The Sustained Change Model, a new framework for businesses in the 21st century.
