Nicky Leach


Nicky is the Founder and CEO of The Spiral Hub. As a proven leader with over 20 years' consulting (Big 4) and operations experience, Nicky works with businesses to implement change that delivers tangible results.

Nicky works with business leaders and leadership teams through a combination of consultancy, coaching and training to empower them with the skills and confidence to successfully drive and implement change and grow their businesses.

Her experience spans the public and private sector, SMEs to large corporates across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

Chris Blackwell

Expert Collaborator

Chris works with business leaders and leadership teams to help them transform their business with purpose. Believing that purpose is the vital ingredient required to integrate high performance, profit, and growth.


He coaches, consults for, trains and mentors business leaders. Chris also helps businesses to uncover, communicate and activate their purpose; unlocking its many benefits to doing better business, and doing better by people and planet.


Prior to moving into consultancy, Chris worked as a CEO and senior Executive and helped grow Ingeus UK from £4m > £120m, and MAXIMUS UK from £25m > £170m.

Marie Chequer

Expert Collaborator

Marie works with leaders to create a workplace culture that enables employees to be healthy, work sustainably, and supports their professional development. She collaborates with clients to create a wellbeing strategy that is driven by data, people centric, and offers practical solutions.


Marie has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and brings 11+ years of experience working in professional services where she led PwC’s Global Wellbeing Centre of Excellence.

During this time she has also been a career coach and mentor to PwC employees, SME business owners and entrepreneurs – helping them to achieve their business and wellness goals.

Debbie Martin

Expert Collaborator

Debbie is an experienced People Professional whose career includes 10 years as a consultant and seven years in-house. She is passionate about enabling flourishing in the workplace to achieve organisational success. She has designed and led progressive people-centric initiatives at innovative start-ups and well-established, global organisations.

Combining a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Positive Psychology with project and process expertise, Debbie brings both rigour and compassion to clients and their teams.

Debbie works with our clients to redesign their employee experiences, enabling flourishing at work and, ultimately, achieve better business outcomes.
