Good Business Charter accreditation

The Spiral Hub is proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter (GBC), a not-for-profit organisation that encourages responsible business practices.

The Charter measures behaviour over 10 components – including environmental responsibility, ethical sourcing, and employee well-being (full details can be found on their website: www.goodbusinesscharter.com).

The 10 components

Nicky Leach, Founder of The Spiral Hub explains: “We are incredibly excited to have joined the Good Business Charter. We strongly believe in businesses being a force for good and actively promote employers doing the right thing – for their people and the planet. In fact, our sustained change model involves employees from the outset of any change initiative: ensuring they feel valued for their expertise and understand their role in achieving sustainable business growth, which perfectly aligns with the accreditation’s values.

We know that the public wants to spend money with ‘green’ and ‘good’ businesses, that treat their employees fairly, so it was an easy decision to support the GBC – a movement that is helping to redefine the way people perceive success and help to connect likeminded businesses”.
